2ofus4now
(Two of Us For Now)
Just two of us for now, with plenty of love to share.
Yet we are already a family, and our potential together is eternal...

African Children's Choir
Each year, to celebrate the anniversary of 2ofus4now, we wish to remind ourselves and others that we all have a responsibility to the children in our communities and throughout the world - regardless of whether we have children in our own families. As we recognize and honor that stewardship, we can bring much joy and fulfillment to our lives.

2ofus4now is excited to promote the African Children's Choir as an opportunity to serve children in a wonderfully inspiring cause. The African Children’s Choir features delightful African children ages 7 through 11. Many have lost one or both parents through the devastation of war, famine and disease. Their voices sing out on behalf of Africa’s 12 million AIDS orphans. They represent the future of the entire continent, demonstrating the potential to become strong leaders for a better future in their homeland. Despite personal tragedy, these musically gifted children are radiant with hope and wonderfully entertaining. They melt the hearts of audiences with their charming smiles and joyful African melodies and dance. I have personally seen them perform, and it is an incredibly inspiring experience. The primary goal of the African Children’s Choir is to raise awareness of the need of destitute and orphaned children in Africa and to raise funds for continued development and support of the Choir’s relief and development programs. Once Choir members have completed a concert tour, they will return to their homelands with the support, care and education necessary for bettering their future and that of their brothers and sisters.

What can I do?

There are many opportunities to support this cause, including individual child sponsorship, volunteer service, choir sponsorship, donations to relief and development funds, and participation in special projects.

Infertility is expensive! Can I still help?

Yes! There are opportunities to help them with time and talents. You can also give of your time by learning about this wonderful program and promoting it to others who might be willing to provide financial support--corporate sponsors, local arts patrons, etc. For more information, visit their website by clicking on the link below, and then look for the 'How You Can Help' link on their home page. You can make a difference! Thanks for your help!
